EFFECTIVE WAYS OF WATER INTAKE

We all know that water is very vital for the human body, but one thing a lot of us don't know is when and how to take our water.

So these are the effective ways to take water and achieve results:

  • While some will advice you to take water after eating, I will suggest that you drink water during and after eating.
  • To achieve drinking approximately 1.5 litres of water everyday, it's advisable to sip your water, rather than rushing it; i.e don't take it all in one gulp but gradually.
  • Avoid drinking cold water as it harms rather than help your body. Cold water leads to extra fat in the body, it can cause constipation,it might prevent hydration, it does not help digestion, etc.
  • Last but not the least, take warm water first thing in the morning and last thing at night, as it will help digestion, reduce your cholesterol level, free your bowel and lighten your body weight.

Look at me I don't exercise a lot but I still maintain my stature and body weight; so definitely it will work for you.
